You Know You Want It by Eric Daman

Eric Daman is the stylist for Gossip Girl and has a written a book.  Most of the advice was the standard advice from other fashion books and it's very light on substance and information.  However, I do like the art direction in the book.  The pictures are gorgeous.  It's worth it to take it out of the library, but not to buy it.

I bought the Castle DVD set, and the extras were dissapointing. Why are there 2 audio commentaries on the same episode? I also bought Elf, and it was a cute holiday movie.

Detective Beckett wears lots of leather jackets.  What I love is that she rewears each jacket in different episodes.




She likes trench coats.

Detective Beckett favors boatnecks.  She rewears the red and black ones in later episodes.
She likes to wear button downs with pockets on the front.

 

I'm pretty sure all the shirts are by James Perse. Here's one in white. I can imagine her liking something and buying it in multiple colors for efficiency.
